There are many benefits to working part time or as a temp, not only can it provide you with extra money whilst studying whether it be whilst still at school or universtiy but it will also provide you with work experince to put on you CV and give you an idea of what carer path you may want to take in the future. It will also allow you to develop your skills that many future employers require such as time management, organisation and decision making. One thing you do need to do though is make sure you get the balance right between work and study and not commit to more hours than you can cope with and let your studies be affected.
Part time or temp work can also be a great advantage to those people who have just finished there studies or for those people who are in between full time jobs as it will give you the flexibilty to earn money and go for job interviews. It may also be that during this time you take a part time or temp job in a line of work you would never have thought about before and end up finding your dream career.
