Anyone who stops working mid way through a financial year are entitled to claim full tax allowances based on their income, this also applies for those destined for jail. Criminals who have to quit their job to serve time can get a tax rebate, depending on their salary claiming back thousands of pounds whilst we pay to keep them imprisioned. Should their tax be put towards the enormous cost of keeping them going whilst inside?
