Sony has announced that it will create 40 new high skilled jobs in its plant in Bridgend making high definition professional camcorder systems. They have also confirmed that the centre in Pencoed will be the location for the company’s European service centre for digital cameras and camcorders. The company currently employs 420 workers with an additional 140 third party employees located on the site.
