Restaurateur Raymond Blanc is to bring his successful Brasserie Blanc format to Land Securities’ and Berkeley Group’s Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. He has signed a new 25-year lease on part of the newly developed East Side Plaza at Gunwharf.
Brasserie Blanc aims to ‘provide the very best atmosphere with modern and authentic French cuisine’ and currently has outlets in Birmingham, Cheltenham, Manchester, Oxford and Tunbridge Wells.
You’ll be pleased to know that this ensures more employement and jobs on a permanent and part time basis for chefs and cleaners for many years going forward.
