More must be done to give working mothers flexible job opportunities and close the gender pay gap. Women Like Us recently showed that there are still 500,000 women with children across the UK. They want to return to work and are concerned they will not find the job they need to manage a family life.
It is thought that the availability of good quality part-time and temporary work is still the key to helping these 500,000 women back to work.
