The boss of Stena Line, Pim de Lange, has called British employees ‘quite fat and tatooed’ and claimed that it was becoming difficult to locate British workers who are young enough and fit enough to do the job.
British unions have been up in arms in response to the statements and De Lange later regretted any offence caused.
