Ralph Topping who started his career at William Hill doing a Saturday part time job 35 years ago has been named as the chief executive of the bookies. It just goes to show that working hard on the shop floor really can get you into the top position!
Bookies are facing a tough time at the moment due to increase regulation of the industry in an attempt to curb the amount people lose on bandits, however if you’re a major sports fan a bookie job could be for you.
