Paul, the bakers, is seeking “hardworking, smiley engaging people” to fill 1,000 new jobs, according to HR director Esther O’Halloran.
Paul, the French bakery chain has said that it would be creating 1,000 jobs over the next four years as it prepares to expand and open some 50 more shops across the UK. As part of their recruitment process Paul will recruit for attitude and not necessarily experience. Key qualities will include hardworking, smiley and engaging people who love working in a team. Paul has a very diverse staff base, currently employing staff from 46 different nationalities working in Paul.
