Christmas is a magical time at John Lewis.
The one thing that doesn’t change though is the standard of our service. And part of that we put that down to the friendly, helpful people who join us for the season to support our existing teams, and help us give customers a warm welcome and lots of useful advice.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in retail before. We will train you to ensure you know what good service means in John Lewis. Before long, you’ll be expertly helping customers pick out perfect gifts, choose eye-catching decorations and select tasty treats. And remember – it’s not just the customer who’ll end up smiling. Everything you do will also be appreciated by their family and friends.
