The pressure of todays work hard culture is leading to employees feeling pressured to take holiday. 1 in 3 workers failed to take at least one weeks holiday in the last annual year.
A recent survey by JobSearch.co.uk indicated that 48% of employees failed to take their full entitlement, 34% did not take at least a week’s leave, while 12% had taken less than 10 days and 5% worked right through the year without a break. This is a frightening statistic!
People need to take holiday in order to tget away from the constant pressure of work and stay engaged.
