It is thought that requirements for engineers will continue to outstrip supply until at least 2015, so says Alan MacKinnon, recruitment delivery manager at TfL in Recruiter magazine.
Until major national programmes have been delivered over the next 5 years then demand will exceed supply. It is hoped the flow of graduates from 2005 and on will have a real impact in the industry.
