John Lewis is creating 200 new jobs in its Hamilton Technology Park contact centre. We do not yet know whether the jobs will be part time jobs, temporary jobs or permanent jobs. We do understand that the jobs will support gift list services and customer orders. It means that the contact centre will employ a total of 650 staff now.
