Unemployment is rising faster among professionals than the less-skilled as the recession forces hundreds of thousands of middle-class workers on to the dole
Analysis by the FT shows that the number of skilled middle-class workers was up 120% on 2008. Skilled middle class jobs are on the decline.
Less-skilled jobs have still been falling and by a far larger number. Some 1.3m but this figure is only up 75% in comparison.
