Martin is well known within the Recruitment Sector after spending over 15 years, meeting, recruiting & supplying to Corporate & Government organisations through out the UK. Starting initially as a Consultant, Martin progressed through the ranks until ultimately becoming Director of Operations for an international Recruitment Company with offices as far away as Australia & Canada.
In 2004 Eyears was initially set up to provide purely to the Early Years sector, but very quickly this service was expanded into Education where Teachers & Classroom Assistants, also become part of the service. It was clear Schools, as well as Nurseries, required a better deal than what they were getting from their current suppliers. The latest piece of the jigsaw sees Eyears venture into the Housing sector from the end of 2007 to help with the recruitment issues currently facing the market.
