Tax cuts to assist low and middle income workers are being prepared by the coalition government to help relieve pressure on the most needy in part time jobs and help kickstart the economy.
Personal income tax allowance in the budget (March 2011) will take thousands of people out of paying tax altogether. The income tax threshold is set to increase by £1000 to £7557 from April 2011, but a further £500 top is also being speculated.
