Bosses of the 2012 Olympics have launched a “dating agency” for companies pitching for work, this was launched by the chairman Seb Coe and is called CompeteFor.
There is upto £6billion worth of work and this is a massive opportunity for UK firms. So far 98% of contracts awarded have gone to British companies, with over 500 firms across the UK winning business.
The site www.competefor.com will promote opportunities to companies and allow contractors to advertise services.
