Exeter Jobs a plenty

Princesshay Shopping Centre in Exeter has opened its doors and anchored by Debenhams and Next but the new development also includes sites from Apple, Karen Millen, Crew, Coast, Faith and Cult to name a few. Restaurants include Cafe Roughe, Giraffe and La Tasca.

Small retailers have also taken up spots including, Orange Tree, Neal’s Yard and Caroline Charles. The Princesshay provides Exeter with a fantastic retail opportunities and a host of employement in full and part time positions.

Cambridge gets new Boss

Fashion brands Hugo Boss and Ted Baker, together with jeweller Links of London, are the latest big names to sign up to open shops in Cambridge.

Hugo Boss is being introduced to Cambridge as a standalone store covering both the ground and upper floors of St Andrew’s Arcade - one of the two new covered streets being created in the development. High end retail jobs at Hugo Boss are bound to be created for budding stylish part time works.

Ted Baker and Links will be coming to Cambridge for the first time. Ted Baker will occupy a spot next door to Hugo Boss, Links of London will take a spot at the entrance of the shopping centre from St Andrew’s Street.

Derby shopping centre opens

West Field shopping centre class= The Westfield centre in Derby opend on Monday, in addition to anchors Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, and a remodelled Sainsbury’s it also has a 12-outlet food court, a 12-screen Cinema de Lux that will open at Easter 2008, and parking for 3,700 cars.

So expect plenty of Derby jobsover the coming years, check back here shortly to find the latest shopping centre jobs.

Birmingham Jobs Fair

Don’t forget about the Jobserve Live! exhibition comes to Birmingham’s Custard Factory today and tomorrow, October 11-12.

There will be two sessions on the Thursday - the first 10am-4pm, the second 5pm-7pm. A single session on the Friday runs 10am-3pm.

There will be 25 exhibitors including West Midlands Police, the Crown Prosecution Service, Beaverbrooks the Jewellers and Avon Cosmetics, plus colleges, universities and training organisations.
