Westfield Derby will open on Tuesday 9 October 2007.
The £340 million development works will create a centre that will provide you with a new shopping experience with a diverse mix of 100 new stores, a new 800 seat eating area, a 12 screen city centre Cinema De Lux as well as improved access.
As well as the jobs in all the shops there will be twelve food operators with open plan kitchens and grills, with an asian inspired seating area and a cafe amongst the fashion areas. The food operators will include KFC, Pieminister, Hamburger Union, Hey Potato, Quinznos, Nincomsoup, Pepito’s, Hanapuri, Sumo Salad and the usual suspects Pizza Express and Nandos.
