The concept is simple in theory but does it work in practice, you can now use your spare time to make extra money in time slots which you can meet.
People with available time can run an online diary of the hrs each particular day they are available to work. E.g: “It’s now 6.00 pm, I want to work between 7.00 and 9.00 this evening.” You can also define the types of bookings / work they are prepared to do, how far they can travel and what hourly rate they are prepared to work for.
If you are an employer and you need to cope with a rush, clear a backlog or simply get people in on a flexible basis, then in theory local people wanting to do this work will be there to help.
